Save Stepping Stones Lighthouse!

We are a collaboration of individuals and organizations dedicated to preserve and restore Stepping Stones Lighthouse.  It is our intent to make it an icon of the maritime history of the area which promotes boating safety and participates in the protection of the delicate environmental quality of Western Long Island Sound.

Members of the group include: The Great Neck Historical Society, The Great Neck Park District, The City Island Nautical Museum working with The Town of North Hempstead.  Funding will come from public and private sources, from major government grants to individual donations.
